7:00 – 7:30 Pick-up at the hotel to Halong Bay
The shuttle bus picks up at hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, heading to Halong Bay via expressway, with a short break on the halfway.
10:15 Arrive at Tuan Chau Habor, Check-in.
Arriving at Tuan Chau harbor, speedboat transfer to Serenity Luxury Day Cruises. Enjoy welcome drinks and start exploring Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay.
11:00 Arrive at Gia Luan port to visit Trung Trang Cave.
From Gia Luan Port, you will take the bus to Trung Trang Cave in Cat Ba Island. It is a unique cave located inside the Cat Ba National Park.
12:30 Buffet lunch on board.
Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch on board with authentic local food while the Serenity Day cruise continues sailing to Lan Ha Bay.
14:00 Kayaking at Bright & Dark Cave
Explore the Bright & Dark cave by kayaking or bamboo boats, gently gliding through stalagmite caves, led into hidden lagoons.
15:30 Cooking demonstration
It is time for a cooking demonstration on the sundeck, our chef shows you the most famous traditional dish of Vietnam while continue cruising over the marvelous natural beauty of Lan Ha Bay.
16:45 Get back to Tuan Chau harbor and transfer back to Hanoi.
19:30 – 20:00 Arrive in Hanoi. Trip ends.

Halong and Lan Ha Bay day tour
It was a great tour from A to Z, a very professional and pleasant stay for a very good price. All the boat staff and tour guides were very nice a helpful, they arranged even my transfer to Ninh Binh so that I didn’t have to care about anything. The food was excellent, the boat luxury and the program very well planned. I especially appreciate the cooking class.
Exceptional Halong – Lan Ha – Cat Ba cruise
What an incredible 1-day experience on Serenity Cruise! Mr. Binh picked up from our hotel in Hanoi on a pristine luxury bus and we drove 2.5hrs to Ha Long. A quick stop along the way with coffee or snack at the pearl farm & museum close to Ha Long.
We jumped onto the speedboat water taxi and made our way through the northern Ha long Bay to Cat Ba island ferry dock where we picked up more guests. We took a local bus to explore Dong Trung Trang Cave on Cat Ba island for 1 hour round trip, which was incredible to see a little of the national reserve.
We jumped back on the Serenity cruise and started the journey through the mystical limestone islands of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The buffet lunch was quite delicious with Vietnamese cuisine of seafood, meats dishes, veggies, soups, salads, fruit, and dessert. The cream puffs were quite exceptional.
Wonderful cruise experience, Lan Ha Bay
Our tour guide Binh was a great guide from start till end. He picked us up with a luxurious bus at our hotel in the Old quarter for the start of our Halong-Lan Ha Bay full-day tour. We felt safe and had fun during the whole day tour. The buffet lunch that included on the price was delicious and the staff of the cruise was nice and helpful. We learned also how to make Nem and there was a small competition on who will do it better and i won! The boat was clean and almost new. Highly recommended for someone who would like to see the beauty of Ha Long Bay.
