Itinerary
SEA OCTOPUS CRUISE PROGRAM
8:45 – 9:00 AM: The warm-hearted staff of Sea Octopus cruise welcomes guests at the international passenger pier in Ha Long. Guests are guided aboard the cruise and greeted with a Drum Performance, enjoying welcome drinks and fruits while watching an introductory video about the cruise, safety precautions, and environmental protection.
Note: Customers arriving at the pier after 9 AM should pay an additional fee for a private canoe.
9:10 – 10:30 AM: Guests have time to admire the majestic scenery of the sacred dragon land as the Sea Octopus cruise explores the bay.
10:30 – 11:30 AM: The first stop of the journey is Surprising Cave, the most magnificent cave in Ha Long Bay, adorned with sparkling stalactites, creating a surreal world of unique and mysterious shapes that captivate every visitor.
11:30 – 12:15 PM: After the cave exploration, guests can choose one of the following activities to continue the bay tour:
- Explore Luon Cave by bamboo boat or kayak (additional cost of 300,000 VND/kayak). Luon Cave is a beautiful spot in Ha Long Bay, with an entrance leading to a sky well surrounded by towering rock walls, and clear, calm water like a mirror.
- Experience the thrill of exploring the stunning beauty of Ha Long Bay with a private canoe.
- Both activities are not included in the tour price; guests are required to pay the fees directly to the cruise sales department or on the cruise.
** Those who do not opt for the above services can stay on board and relax with other interesting activities on the cruise.
12:15 – 12:30 PM: Guests return to the Sea Octopus cruise, ready for a delightful lunch.
12:30 – 1:45 PM: Guests indulge their senses in a buffet or set-menu lunch at Sea Breeze or Bayside Delight restaurant, featuring a menu inspired by the essence of Southeast Asian cuisine, with carefully crafted seafood and local specialties by professional chefs.
The cruise then sails past Chicken Rock on the way back to the port. Don’t miss the chance to admire the iconic limestone formations of Ha Long Bay.
13:45 – 14:30 PM: Guests visit the next stop, Titov Island, one of the most beautiful islands in Ha Long Bay. Here, guests can freely immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters at Moon Beach or trek to the summit of Titov to admire the unbelievable panoramic view of Ha Long Bay from above.
14:30 – 15:45 PM: Guests enjoy afternoon tea and relax while taking in the scenery. Mini-games and foot massage machines are available for a leisurely experience.
16:00 PM: The cruise moves back to the coastal area, docking at the international passenger pier in Ha Long. The journey exploring Ha Long Bay with Sea Octopus cruise concludes.
17:00-17:30: The welcoming staff of the Sea Octopus cruise warmly greets guests at the international port of Ha Long.
17:45- 18:00: The staff guides guests onto the boat. Guests participate in the welcoming program with a Drum Performance. During this time, guests enjoy welcome drinks while watching a video providing information about the cruise, safety guidelines, and environmental protection.
18:00-18:15: Guests will have the opportunity to admire the enchanting and stunning night scenery of Ha Long City as the Sea Octopus cruise moves through the bay, passing by famous landmarks such as Bai Chay Bridge, Sun Wheel, Bai Tho Mountain, Square, Quang Ninh Museum, and Dolphin Palace.
18:30- 19:15: Indulge in light bites during the gentle canapé party and immerse themselves in the soothing and romantic sounds of violin and guitar music.
19:15-19:30: The cruise arrives at the docking point. Guests satisfy all senses with a sumptuous dinner at either Bayside Delight or Sea Breeze restaurant, featuring a buffet with over 100 European-Asian dishes, seafood, and local specialties. Notably, Sea Octopus offers diners a selection of 5 dishes with Octopus in Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese styles, meticulously prepared by professional chefs. During the meal, guests can enjoy the harmonious and melodious tunes played by violin virtuosos.
20:15 – 20:30: Enjoy the scenery, stay in the stage areas on the first and second floors to listen to music, participate in the “Showcase Your Golden Voice – Singing Fun” program, or immerse themselves in the lively music party performed by professional DJs on the third floor as the cruise moves back to the pier.
22:00 The Sea Octopus cruise docks at Ha Long International Port, concluding the journey of exploring the bay.
