08:20–08:45: Pick up from hotels in Hanoi’s Old Quarter.
11:30: Arrive at the Indochina Junk office; transfer to the port by buggy at 11:50–12:15.
12:30–13:00: Board Dragon’s Pearl Junk, enjoy welcome tea and a safety briefing.
13:15: Lunch as the boat cruises into Bai Tu Long Bay.
14:30: Explore Thien Canh Son Cave.
15:00: Kayak among limestone islands.
16:15: Cruise at sunset; join a Vietnamese banh xeo cooking demonstration at 17:15.
19:00: Dinner on board.
20:00: Relax or try squid fishing. Overnight on the bay.
