The published buffet menu includes salads, sushi and sashimi, lobster and seafood soup, steamed prawns, grilled oysters, fish, squid, Vietnamese specialties and desserts. For sailings with fewer than 40 guests, the operator serves a set menu instead of the buffet. The supplied set menu includes taro and prawn soup, avocado and salmon salad, grilled shrimp and oysters, stuffed squid, grilled beef, panna cotta and fruit. Menus may vary.
